Friends and Family Test
We have been asked by NHS England to as whether you would recommend our services to your friends and family. We would also like you to answer (if you have time) a second supplementary question. We can assure you that this will be completely anonymous.
We would like to give you this opportunity after every contact with the practice team.
If you would like to do this then there are several ways of doing it:-
- There are leaflets available in all the surgeries that can be filled in and left in the boxes provided.
- Please follow this link and you can print off or save the above leaflet. You can then either email (address above) or drop off at either of the surgeries:
